Mobile Sediment Pond

The mobile sediment ponds is an excellent option where water detention is required but space on site is limited, or the digging of a sediment pond will be limited to a month or two before decommission. The mobile sediment pond is just that - mobile - it can be moved around site as needed. The Mobile Sediment Pond can be used by itself as water detention, or can be used in combination with the Mini Water Treatment System or Tigerfloc Belts to add flocculant treatment to the water upon entry to the Mobile Sediment Pond.

If dirtier water is expected from site, the water can be passed through one of the Tigerfloc treatment units prior to entering into the Mobile Sediment Pond, where the flocculant and all sediment will settle out - allowing only the clear treated water to discharge.

Description

Description

The Tigerfloc Dewatering Bags are a micro-pored, custom made product meant to be durable and at the same time balance both the water flow rate and filtration of the dirty water passing through them.
Tigerfloc Dewatering Bags are 15' x 15' and can be purchased separately as needed on site.

Applications

Applications

The Tigerfloc Dewatering Bags are used in conjunction with the Tigerfloc Dewatering Kit for optimal performance. The Dewatering bags have proven useful in all soil types: sand, silts, and clays. The Dewatering Bag holds back sediment and over time swells up like a pillow and filters out most of the sediment from the discharge water.

The Tigerfloc Tube is used in conjuction with the Tigerfloc Dewatering Kit, but can also be used separately when pumping untreated water over our Tigerfloc Belts. A Tigerfloc Belt (or two) can be inserted into a Tigerfloc Tube to recirculate turbid water from a sediment pond to accelerate particle deposition rates. Tigerfloc Tubes connect to 2" pump hose, and are 7' in length.
