Principal
As the founder of Floc Systems, Oleg brought 40 years of land development expertise to offer a comprehensive one-stop shop for water treatment needs in the land development sector. He tested numerous water quality products, which culminated in the creation of the proprietary Tigerfloc blend, which has now been trusted by industry professionals across Canada and the U.S. He has also handled the branding, concept, and safety analysis for Floc Systems and Tigerfloc products.
Parallel to his commitment to Floc Systems, Oleg leads as Principal at Pacific Land Group (PLG) in Surrey, BC, where his strategic vision propels a team of specialists to navigate the complexities of sustainable land use planning and real estate development.
Kyla Milne
Professional Biologist and Sales Lead
Kyla is a professional biologist with more than a decade of directly related consulting experience. Her introduction to the industry began with an early passion for creating customized erosion control and water treatment solutions. She has been an environmental monitor on hundreds of projects and enjoys the challenges of mother nature’s uncertainties. Kyla is able to assist clients in implementing cost-effective water treatment solutions on challenging projects.
Bridgette Knowlan
Biologist and Lead Field Technician
Bridgette is a trained field biologist with a firm understanding of pre and post-water quality discharge allowances. Bridgette is keen to investigate the root cause of a water quality issue so she can provide a comprehensive solution to mitigate the issue. Bridgette is available for field inspections and can support projects with erosion and sediment control monitoring and water quality testing (in-field and for lab analysis).
